Skin 3 of 4 of the set "Team Neo Stars"

I used a ruby color here, because, well, that color always sits in the corner in the MS Paint window, and I never do anything with it. Only after I chose, do I see that red is briefly used as a BG color for her so it works.

For those not in the know, Stacey is the villain of the Season 5 episode "Evil Roomate". She has an affinity for intelligence, as she wants a perfect GPA. However, she's dumb as bricks as she ALWAYS needs to study, and despite doing so, STILL gets unsatisfactory grades.

So she whips up a giant mecha which captures the smartest students and transfers their knowledge to her so she can ace all her classes. How the slag she figures out how to do that is anyone's guess. Maybe Dr. Eggman was teaching Mecha building classes?

Anyway, it just do happens, she's JUST as much of a witch as Mandy and Mindy, so she fits right in! XD A shame they never met.
